Plain English: what we keep, why, and how to ask us to remove it.
Booking requests
The booking form doesn’t send anything to a server. It opens WhatsApp or your messages app with your request typed out, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive your name, postcode, the service, your car’s size, the day you’d like and any notes, along with your phone number from the message itself.
We use these only to reply to you and arrange your clean. We don’t sell or share them.
Stored in your browser
While you fill in the booking form, your answers are saved in your browser so they’re still there if you leave and come back. They’re removed when you send the request. Your cookie choice is saved the same way. Neither leaves your device.
Visit counts
If you accept cookies, we may count visits to see which pages are used. This is anonymous and aggregated: no ads, no tracking across other sites. If you decline, nothing is counted.
